How it works
You send product. We handle the four layers a brand otherwise assembles from five vendors — and we're the one party accountable for the outcome.
Layer 01 — Comply
This is the part most brands can't do alone, and it's our moat. We handle COFEPRIS (Mexico's health-product regulator) permits and avisos where a category needs them, NOM labeling (the mandatory Mexican product-labeling standards), and we act as importer of record so you don't need your own Mexican entity or RFC. Categories vary: many products are a straightforward relabel under NOM-050/051; electronics and certified categories may require testing and certification. We scope your exact path before you commit.
Layer 02 — Import
We cross goods formally — the right way, with the pedimento (the official customs import declaration) on file — and hold product in a bonded fiscal warehouse. From there we fulfill across channels through Melonn and Amazon FBA. Import duties and IVA generally apply on formal entry; these are transparent pass-through costs we estimate up front.
Layer 03 — Sell
We list and sell on Amazon Mexico and Mercado Libre, and place product on physical retail shelves. You keep title to your inventory and ownership of your listings and brand — we operate them on your behalf. Take-title (where we buy the goods) is available only if you specifically want zero involvement.
Layer 04 — Market
We produce compliant Meta and marketplace creative and run advertising across every channel — Meta, retail media, marketplace ads, SEO and social. Mexican marketing rules (PROFECO, COFEPRIS) typically restrict certain health and performance claims; we adapt your creative to what's usually permitted so ads run without takedowns. We report an all-channel Total ACOS (TACOS) — one advertising number across every channel, not on-platform ROAS.
Onboarding
Our onboarding runs as a structured sequence — here are the phases. Exact timelines vary by product category, and we scope yours precisely before you commit.
You submit your product; we return a preliminary read on the likely regulatory path, demand, and feasibility, then confirm the details together on a free call.
We classify the product, confirm the NOM and COFEPRIS requirements, and prepare compliant labeling. This is where the entry-fee tier is set, transparently.
Your first shipment crosses formally and lands in the fiscal warehouse, ready to distribute across channels.
We build and launch your listings, set up fulfillment, and open the physical-retail motion. Most brands can be live on the marketplaces within the same quarter.
Creative goes into production, campaigns launch across channels, and your live dashboard turns on — inventory, ad spend, TACOS, sales by SKU, and payouts, all in one place.
